• Dosage:1-2 cap twice daily for 90-120 days & can be repeated more if required or as directed by the physician.

• Punernava:Punernava may improve symptoms of disease and inhibit the increased prostate In vitro study implies that herbal extracts has the machinery to produce beneficial effect on prostatic smooth muscle, which would relieve the urinary symptoms of disease.

• Shitalchini:Sheetal Chini is used in the treatment of cold, cough, bronchitis, respiratory infection, sinusitis, poor digestion, amoebic dysentery and reproductive system related problems, male and female genitals to intensify sexual pleasure during coitus. It  has been used in traditional medicines for various disorders. Such as urogenital diseases, gonorrhoea, dysentery, syphilis, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, enteritis and asthma.

• Kachnar guggul:It is an effective herbal remedy for Enlarged prostate gland. Traditionally in Ayurvedic medicine, this herbal supplement is used for all types of excessive growth of various tissues including prostate gland.

• Haridra:Haridra is able to suppress the proliferation of both androgen-dependent and androgen-independent prostate cancer cell line but also of LNCaP xenografts by interfering with growth factor receptors, cell cycle, angiogenesis, and metastasis potential of prostate cancer In Indian systems of medicine, turmeric is used to some extent as a stomachic, tonic and blood purifier. It is also prescribed as an antiperiodic alternative. Externally, it is applied to indolent ulcers. A decoction of the rhizome is said to relieve the pain of purulent ophthalmia. Oil of turmeric, distilled from the dried rhizomes, has feeble antiseptic properties. It has antibacterial properties against Staphylococcal group of organisms.

• Vanga bhasma:Vanga Bhasma is beneficial in diseases of male and female reproductive system. Its effects appear on uterus, ovaries, testes and genitals. Vang Bhasma is highly beneficial in adrenal gland diseases especially adrenal fatigue or adrenal insufficiency. It is used either alone or in combination with other drugs in urinary tract infection. • Kali mirch:It has previously been reported to have anti-cancer activity in variety of cancer cell lines. The effect of piperine against prostate cancer is not currently known. Kali mirch treatment also disrupted androgen receptor (AR) expression in LNCaP prostate cancer cells. Kali mirchi is used to aid in digestion, improve appetite, treat coughs, colds, breathing and heart problems.

• Sphatika bhasma:Sphatika Bhasma uses: It is useful in abdominal pain, Pneumonia, low back ache, Dry cough, Chronic bronchial diseases, haematemesis.  With its anti-inflammatory action, it can also be used in tonsillitis, Pharyngitis. It acts as the blood purifier and used for treatment of various skin 

• Abhrak bhasma:Abhrak is used in Ayurveda in the form of bhasma which is a fine powder. It is generally used to manage male sexual problems like low sperm count and lack of sexual desire due to its ability to increase sperm count and aphrodisiac property. The drug has antipyretic and antispasmodic action. Abrakh Bhasam strengthens the entire nervous system and its functions. It also improves the functions of respiratory system and corrects its disorders and chronic cough. Abrakh Bhasam is useful in heart disorders. The drug provides nutrients to each and every cell of the body and normalizes its functions. It contains Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium and Aluminum in trace. (Ras tantra sar & Siddha prayog Sangraha, Vol.I, 150; Vol.III, 8, 1980).

• Swarnmakshik bhasma:Swarna Makshik Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine which is prepared from … the treatment of various diseases like jaundice, heartburn, bleeding piles, anemia, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, Beriberi, etc. Swarna makshika bhasma has  also been used for pandu (anemia), anidra (insomnia), apasmara (convulsions), mandagni (poor digestion), kustha (skin diseases), etc. It is  the drug of choice in urinary diseases, anasarca, ascitis, prurigo, eye diseases and is very useful in infective hepatitis. The drug is antianaemic and improves the quality of R.B.C. Useful in leucorrhoea, headache, gastritis and in disturbed sleep.(I.M.M., Vol.II, m/32; 794: R.S. & S.S., vol.I, 38).
